Dr. Tien Lee is a highly trained and experienced endocrinologist, with a diverse educational background. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, and his Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Northwestern University. He then went on to pursue a career in engineering before eventually deciding to pursue medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) degree from Flinders University in 2007, and completed his specialist training in endocrinology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in 2017. Dr. Lee’s passion for research led him to earn his PhD from Flinders University in 2021, where he conducted research on stress hyperglycemia. He has several publications in reputable medical journals such as Critical Care Medicine, Cardiovascular Diabetology, International Journal of Stroke, Stroke, Clinical Endocrinology and Nitric Oxide, with over 200 citations of his works.
As an endocrinologist, he sees patients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, metabolic bone diseases, and reproductive disorders. He works closely with his patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, and is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible. With his extensive training in both medicine and engineering, Dr. Lee brings a unique perspective to his practice.
